Elicit, Analyze, document, and validate business requirements Create use cases, functional requirements, process flows, documentation Strong requirements gathering/use cases/functional documentation Experience with productivity & collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, M365) Business process analysis and process mapping Stakeholder management across business and technical teams UAT coordination M365 Ecosystem Knowledge Soft Skills are KEY A little more technical on SharePoint Online
