Opens a new window. Overview We are seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational experience in Microsoft services, endpoint management, and hardware administration who is ready to broaden their skill set across virtualization, security, and cloud technologies. The right candidate is eager to learn, comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of issues, and able to contribute to a secure and reliable infrastructure. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Endpoint, Device, and Tier-Two Support Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online Support Intune for device configuration, application deployment, and security baselines Provide hands-on support for helpdesk agents on end-user issues, workstation builds, and system troubleshooting Hardware, Servers, and On-Prem Infrastructure Maintain Dell PowerEdge servers, storage systems, and network-connected devices Assist with monitoring and upkeep of PureStorage SAN and Ubiquiti/Unifi equipment Support routine maintenance tasks, updates, and basic performance checks Windows Server & Directory Services Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and general Windows Server administration Assist with identity, access control, and security hardening tasks Documentation & Operations Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes Follow IT policies, standards, and security practices Work with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues Skills Required Qualifications Exposure to VMware, Zscaler, or AWS environments PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting experience Certifications such as Microsoft 365/Windows Server, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Understanding of security or compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, etc.) Additional Value-add Skills Infrastructure & Virtualization Assist with VMware vSphere 8 administration (vCenter, ESXi, Horizon View) Participate in capacity planning, uptime monitoring, and host maintenance Network Security & Access Support Zscaler administration under guidance (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) Help enforce access controls, identity policies, and security configurations Cloud Exposure Support AWS environments for foundational tasks (EC2, S3, basic Terraform interaction) Participate in team efforts to automate and modernize infrastructure Education Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in management information systems, math or engineering. Responsibilities The Schedule Analyst will perform a wide variety of schedule management duties for MCPNT programs. Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors to assess IMS information for compliance and performance to program baselines. Responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise level schedule, schedule publishing, schedule analysis, and reporting of results to senior leadership. Skills Required A minimum eight (8) years of schedule analysis experience to include a minimum of three (3) years working in a space program environment. Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating is a plus Requires familiarity with schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics. Familiarity with the Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, GAO Cost Estimating & Assessment Guide, NDIA Guide to Managing Program using Predictive Measures, Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and ANSl/EIA Standard 748 Knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment. Must be proficient using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project), OnePager Pro, and have strong verbal and written communications skills. Familiarity with Business Intelligence programs (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Jira), Systems Engineering practices and space systems development is a plus.
