$26 - $30/hour Position Summary The Logistics Systems Specialist plays a key role in supporting and optimizing logistics operations by ensuring system accuracy, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing digital tools across shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This position is responsible for maintaining ERP (Syteline) logistics workflows, improving data visibility, supporting automation initiatives, and resolving system-related issues that impact material flow and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Maintain and optimize logistics workflows within Syteline, including shipping, receiving, transfers, routing, and freight data Troubleshoot system and transaction errors to prevent shipment or receiving delays Improve barcode scanning, label printing, and mobile device workflows to increase operational accuracy and efficiency Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., on-time delivery, freight cost, receiving performance, inventory movement) Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process accuracy Automate reports and streamline manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational waste Support the implementation of digital tools and logistics system enhancements Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve system or equipment issues Ensure compliance with safety standards andISO 9001/14001
requirements Adhere to company policies, including code of conduct and operational procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations Experience with ERP or WMS systems (Syteline strongly preferred) Familiarity with barcode scanning, labeling systems, and warehouse workflows Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) Background in manufacturing or distribution environments Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Technical proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and scanning technologies High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Continuous improvement mindset Work Environment This role operates in both office and warehouse settings and requires the use of computers, handheld devices, and occasional lifting.
