Full-Time ________________________________________ About the Role AppleOne is currently recruiting for a NetSuite Administrator with strong ERP systems expertise to manage, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite environment across two growing food manufacturing organizations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone skilled in SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and data management who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, and access controls
Design and maintain custom workflows (SuiteFlow), scripts (SuiteScript), and saved searches
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics (SuiteAnalytics) to support business decisions
Manage system updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
Implement and support NetSuite modules, integrations, and APIs
Ensure data integrity, data imports/exports, and system audits
Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams on system architecture and deployment processes
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements
Support data migration projects during upgrades or organizational changes
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing system support
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite solutions with business needs ________________________________________ Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
Strong experience with: o SuiteScript o SuiteFlow o SuiteAnalytics o ERP systems & business processes
Proven ability in customization, reporting, and data management
Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments (preferred)
Knowledge of API integrations, system architecture, and database concepts (NoSQL a plus)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills ________________________________________ Preferred Skills
Experience with RAID systems, system monitoring, or infrastructure optimization
Background in DevOps collaboration or deployment workflows
Familiarity with NetSuite data migrations and integrations ________________________________________ Work Environment

Occasional exposure to plant conditions (noise, temperature variations)
