NetSuite Administrator (ERP / SuiteScript / Manufacturing)

Full-Time ________________________________________ About the Role AppleOne is currently recruiting for a NetSuite Administrator with strong ERP systems expertise to manage, optimize, and enhance our NetSuite environment across two growing food manufacturing organizations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone skilled in SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and data management who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP system, including user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Design and maintain custom workflows (SuiteFlow), scripts (SuiteScript), and saved searches
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics (SuiteAnalytics) to support business decisions
- Manage system updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Implement and support NetSuite modules, integrations, and APIs
- Ensure data integrity, data imports/exports, and system audits
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams on system architecture and deployment processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Support data migration projects during upgrades or organizational changes
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing system support
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite solutions with business needs ________________________________________ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
- Strong experience with: o SuiteScript o SuiteFlow o SuiteAnalytics o ERP systems & business processes
- Proven ability in customization, reporting, and data management
- Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of API integrations, system architecture, and database concepts (NoSQL a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills ________________________________________ Preferred Skills
- Experience with RAID systems, system monitoring, or infrastructure optimization
- Background in DevOps collaboration or deployment workflows
- Familiarity with NetSuite data migrations and integrations ________________________________________ Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing & operations environment
- Combination of desk work and on-site collaboration
- Occasional exposure to plant conditions (noise, temperature variations)
