Independently perform root-cause analysis on network and system requests, implementing effective mitigation measures and coordinating field repairs.
Interpret building mechanical schematics, electrical line diagrams, and BMS submittals to guide recurring preventive maintenance and continuous system optimization.
Audit control devices to identify and mitigate cyber-security risks, and collaborate with energy managers to implement building energy conservation measures.
Communicate operational findings to the facility management team, adhere to strict safety standards, and maintain technical proficiency through continuous self-study.
