Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. Advanced knowledge of networking and distributed computing environment concepts. Experience with Windows Server management including DNS, File Servers, Print Management, Group Policy. Sound understanding of the principles of routing, firewalls, and client/server applications. Solid experience with Physical and Virtual Servers (VMware), Operating system to include Windows and Linux. Proven administration experience of Microsoft Products including Active Directory both on-premises and Azure AD, MFA, and Microsoft Intune. Strong organization skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work within a team and provide leadership in the design, deployment, and support of infrastructure systems. Manage daily operations of core infrastructure. Administer on-premises and Azure Active Directory, as well as ERP systems, including adding and removing users, groups, printers, and managing user permissions as required.Candidate Preferences:
Knowledge of Scripting and Automation. Proficient in creating and updating process procedures. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in a related field. Experience with Infrastructure as a service (IaaS).Other Requirements:
Requires working six days a week during our harvest season, which usually lasts about 10 weeks from July to September. During this time, shift schedules may vary.Physical Requirements:
Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 25% or more standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and primarily in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees.
