Job Description Job Title:

Information Technology (IT) Lead Position Overview The IT Lead provides Tier 3 technical support and leads advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and infrastructure improvement. This role develops, maintains, and implements IT systems, applications, and network configurations. Responsibilities Resolve escalated service requests and technical issues. Analyze, recommend, and implement IT infrastructure improvements. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications. Support end-users onsite, remotely, and via phone/email. Provide technical leadership on Microsoft, Apple, and server systems. Qualifications BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years. IAT Level II and CE/OS certification. PMI certification. Windows or Apple Certified Technician. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, hardware, and network troubleshooting. Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Jamf Pro.

May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
