All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support (Tier 1 & Tier 2) Provide expert technical assistance and support to end users via email, phone, web teleconference, and in person Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems across Windows, macOS, iOS, and cloud Software as a Service (SAAS) environment Triage, prioritize, and track issues and document in helpdesk ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) Provide in-person video teleconference (VTC) setup, configuration, and real-time support for senior leadership and mission-critical meetings Lead onboarding and out-processing of users for IT, including account provisioning, device configuration, access rights assignment, secure data handling procedures, and end user orientation Device & Endpoint Management Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices- laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets
