In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, and providing high-quality technical support across the organization. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support end-users, and help safeguard sensitive data while contributing to overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilites are but not limited to: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. Manage and maintain network environments, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. Perform system administration tasks for Windows environments, including Windows 10, Windows Server (2012/2016), and Exchange. Support virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V. Maintain system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery processes. Troubleshoot network protocols and connectivity issues (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, NTP). Manage email systems, customer portals, and related data environments. Utilize service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) to track incidents and resolutions. Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity practices aligned with CMMC requirements . Support mobile devices, including iPhone setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient IT operations and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in technical support within aerospace manufacturing or other regulated environments preferred.

Strong knowledge of operating systems:

Windows, macOS, and/or Linux . Familiarity with CMMC or other cybersecurity compliance frameworks . Solid understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and network topology. Experience with servers, virtualization (Hyper-V), and database systems (SQL Server). Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., JobBOSS, UniPoint) is a plus. Proficiency with help desk/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work across multiple areas of IT.
