Job Description

Job Description The Senior Systems Administrator/Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-wide systems that support critical business functions such as workforce management, ERP, inventory, and operations. This role partners closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure systems are stable, integrated, and effectively adopted across corporate and field environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning systems end to end—from configuration and maintenance to user support and process improvement.
  • Administer, configure, and support enterprise systems such as ERP, labor management, inventory, and internal communication platforms for corporate and field users
  • Monitor system integrations and data flows, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate fixes across IT and business teams
  • Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and feature releases
  • Maintain documentation, standard guides, and SOPs as systems and business processes evolve

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, or enterprise application support
  • Hands-on experience implementing and/or administering an ERP system (Workday experience required)
  • Strong experience supporting business-critical systems in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • Experience with labor management systems (e.g., LaborPRO or Legion)
  • Experience with labor Management Systems
