Job Description

We have an immediate on-site opening for a Datacenter Operations/System Administrator (8 to 12 years of overall experience) at the Santa Clara location.
Job description:
Datacenter responsibilities: Install and configure new equipment (rack and stack, cabling). Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks on data center devices. Analyze server and storage systems to identify and initiate repairs. Monitor systems to ensure maximum uptime. Maintain up-to-date documentation. Manage lifecycle tasks, including software installations, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
System administration responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025). Apply Windows patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and troubleshoot updates. Support VMware 7.0/8.0/9.0 cluster environments. Manage and maintain NAS/SAN and Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI). Administer Active Directory (GPO, EventLog Audit, PowerShell). Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Trunks, Firewalls). Administer Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
Soft skills:
Critical thinker and proactive problem solver. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team. Strong communication skills.
