This position is an on-site position where a successful candidate can sit in one of our Teledyne sites in the US.

What You'll Do:

Manage and optimize global payroll operations across all regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Administer and enhance global payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), including data integrity, upgrades, testing, and new functionality. Drive global payroll standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, in‑country providers, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless payroll delivery. Produce and analyze global payroll data, reporting, and controls to support compliance, audits, and leadership decision‑making.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least 5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience, within a global or multinational environment. Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus). U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
