Job Description:

As a member of the team, the Service Technician will be responsible for incoming troubleshooting service calls via phone or video conference, inside and outside service repairs, and installations.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronic, Mechanics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and sensors Conduct repair & replacement of electronic and mechanical machine components. PLC controlled equipment, electrical, mechanical and control systems, including, switches, relays, VFD's and HMI devices. Point to point wiring using schematics. Includes sensors, PLC input / output, motors, motor drives, actuators, and displays. Trouble shooting electrical / mechanical issues after assembly. Quality Assurance of overall machine assembly, document control, and capturing any additional engineering data. Ability to read and follow electrical schematics Ability to use all hand tools such as drills, taps, calipers Computer literate (MS Office Suite) Ability to communicate well for assisting customers with training and troubleshooting on the telephone and in person The following skill sets we have found to suit well for the position.
