Job Duties:

  • Provide technical support for WCDMA and LTE RAN products, including network data analysis (CPP traces, logs, software). 2
  • Assist in troubleshooting and deployment with WRAN, LTE, and VoLTE, focusing on call flows and signaling. 3
  • Analyze the impact of radio network parameter changes on cell status, alarms, and crash risks. 4
  • Resolve radio network faults through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 5
  • Use tools like Moshell, AMOS, UEH exceptions, and OSS for pre
  • and post-launch network analysis. 6
  • Monitor KPIs daily to track radio and RAN performance. 7
  • Troubleshoot and restore alarms for LTE, AWS, PCS, GSM, and Node-B/eNodeB transmission issues using RBS Element Manager and Moshell. 8
  • Execute network configuration changes, including parameter adjustments and neighbor updates. 9
  • Maintain MOP documentation for all RAN-related activities.
Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or an Engineering degree in a related field. and Must have at least 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's experience as a Telecommunications Network Engineer, RBS Engineer, RAN Engineer, and/or related field.
