Join the adventure as a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative. At the heart of the customer experience, you will act as the "control tower" for technical support. You will provide rigorous technical guidance while collaborating closely with internal teams to move files forward efficiently. Your Daily Role:
Answer technical questions from customers (via phone and email) regarding our products, our website, and credit card payments; Guide customers through the creation and management of their online accounts; Monitor shipments and take necessary steps in case of transportation or delivery issues; Collaborate with various internal teams to meet the personalized needs of our clientele. Experience in customer service or technical support (an asset); Strong sense of customer service and an empathetic approach; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems; Positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
