Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add a Systems Administrator to our team! In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients, serving as both field and escalation support, while performing the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end users Support of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc. Support of virtual environments including VMware, and Hyper-V Support backup and disaster recovery solutions Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & security Effectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed outages, etc. Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWise Other duties as assigned Requirements 5 or more years of experience (preferred) Certifications such as
MCSA, VCP, CCNA
are a plus. Experience with platforms like ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, and Office 365 is a bonus. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team. Enthusiastic about taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
