Full-Time, Non-Exempt About the Role We're looking for a Professional Services Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality project and implementation work for our business clients. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys planned, project-based work , working directly with clients, and seeing initiatives through from start to finish. While this position may occasionally assist with reactive support, its primary focus is deployments, migrations, and infrastructure work. If you're someone who values documentation, communication, and doing things the right way the first time, this role may be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing As a Professional Services Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering technical services both onsite and remotely, including: Executing Professional Services tickets efficiently and documenting all work clearly in our PSA system Performing onsite and offsite configuration of new workstations and servers Assisting with Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations Supporting Active Directory auditing and maintenance Troubleshooting and maintaining server backup solutions Installing and troubleshooting printers and desktop environments Troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity issues Supporting remote access solutions for client environments Assisting with the Professional Services portions of client onboarding and offboarding Maintaining and updating client network documentation and diagrams Collaborating with the Reactive Operations Center (ROC) team when Professional Services involvement is required What Success Looks Like in This Role Projects are completed accurately, on time, and with minimal rework Clients feel confident and informed throughout the engagement Documentation is thorough, clear, and useful for future reference Technical decisions are made thoughtfully, with long-term stability in mind You communicate effectively with teammates, project leads, and clients Why Join Our Team?
