Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers regarding product orders, service issues, and account inquiries. Educate patients and customers on medical products, usage guidelines, and delivery timelines. Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up communication. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency. Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM or EMR systems. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor open orders, backorders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment. Skills & Abilities Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required Experience in handling inquiries across multiple channels including phone calls, live chats, and emails Work Experience Requirements 2+ year of customer service or dispatching experience

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
