JOB TITLE
Administer JD Edwards World A7.3 on a single IBM i (OS/400 / IBM i 7.x) LPAR; use JDE environments, library lists, and restricted-access profiles to isolate changes from production users. Manage JDE libraries, environments, and the Software Versions Repository (SVR) including version control, change tracking, and disciplined promotion of changes within the shared LPAR. Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs, sleeper jobs, and subsystem activity; manage job queues, output queues, and spool files. Maintain DREAM Writer versions, processing options, data selection, and data sequencing for standard and custom reports.
Administer JDE World security:

Note:
This position is NOT responsible for RPG development. Program-level modifications are handled by a separate developer or vendor; the administrator partners with that resource to define requirements, test changes, and promote them. Design, build, and maintain custom reports and inquiries using World Writer and DREAM Writer (versions, processing options, data selection, and data sequencing); use CoolSpools to convert, distribute, and archive spool output as PDF, Excel, CSV, and email.
