This individual will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the technology infrastructure that powers our engineering, architectural, and construction operations across the United States. Our environment is heavily technology-driven and includes Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, Windows Server infrastructure, robust networking and security solutions, cloud collaboration tools, and industry-leading AEC software platforms. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, customer-service oriented, and passionate about technology. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including: Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive Entra ID (Azure AD) Intune and MFA policies Manage and maintain: Windows Server environments Active Directory Group Policy

DNS/DHCP

Hypervisors and Virtual Machines VMware vSphere / vCenter environments / Nutanix VSAN and storage infrastructure Support and troubleshoot: Desktop and laptop hardware Windows 10/11 operating systems Printers and peripherals Mobile devices Remote user connectivity and VPN access Configure and support Fortinet/FortiGate networking and security products including: Firewalls VPN tunnels VLANs Security policies Wireless networking Provide support for industryspecific software platforms including: AutoCAD Revit ETABS Trimble products Bluebeam Adobe Creative Cloud SaaSbased business applications Monitor and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems. Provide both inperson and remote technical support to employees and project teams across multiple office locations. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, hardware deployments, software licensing, and asset management.

Participate in IT projects including:

Infrastructure upgrades Cloud migrations Cybersecurity initiatives Office expansions System implementations Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Infrastructure Support.

Strong experience with:

Microsoft 365 Administration Windows Server Active Directory VMware/vSphere environments Virtual Machines and storage technologies Fortinet/FortiGate products Experience supporting engineering and design software environments is highly preferred.

Understanding of:

Networking concepts Cybersecurity best practices Backup and disaster recovery methodologies SaaS application management Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both executive leadership and end users.
