Description:
Deploy and configure JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for tracking task assignments, deliverables, and performance metrics. Integrate JIRA with other collaboration tools, ensuring seamless data sharing and automated status updates. Submit the JIRA System Implementation & Integration Report, detailing system setup, integrations, and usage efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Possess the knowledge and capability to configure, manage, and optimize JIRA as the primary ticketing system for Work Order tracking and workflow automation. Personnel must be proficient in JIRA administration, workflow development, permission management, and integrations with DevOps tools. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements. Personnel must have demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools. Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration. Desirable but not required certifications include Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certification.
Security clearance:
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a clearance
