This role is responsible for network administration, Microsoft 365 management, cybersecurity, system maintenance, technical support, and ensuring business continuity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments, administering Microsoft technologies, maintaining secure systems, and providing exceptional technical support to end users. Key Responsibilities Administer and support the company's IT helpdesk and day-to-day network operations. Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and user account administration. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment, software setup, and system access. Provide technical support and training to end users. Support business software implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues in a timely manner. Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, VMware, backups, and endpoint security solutions. Monitor system performance, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness. Oversee network, server, phone, security, and infrastructure systems. Manage IT assets, software licensing, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades. Maintain documentation for system architecture, procedures, and IT processes. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, audit requirements, and data protection standards. Monitor security vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and support remediation efforts. Collaborate with corporate IT and Information Security teams to maintain compliance and security standards.
QualificationsRequired:
5+ years of IT Administration, Systems Administration, or Network Administration experience.
Strong experience with:
Microsoft 365 Administration Active Directory Group Policy DNS VMware Network Administration Endpoint Security Backup & Recovery Solutions Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, audits, and compliance requirements. Experience with system documentation, disaster recovery planning, and access management.
