Position Summary:
The Yardi Systems Administrator serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Yardi Voyager platform supporting a national portfolio of commercial medical office buildings. This role is responsible for system administration, module support, user security, reporting, workflow optimization, and tenant portal functionality while ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of the Yardi environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Yardi Voyager 7S, including system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and configuration management. Manage user lifecycle administration including onboarding, permissions, role security, and deactivation. Support and maintain Yardi modules including Facility Manager, CommercialCafe, Procure-to-Pay, Marketplace, PayScan, Pulse, and Utility Billing. Configure and maintain property setups, bank accounts, workflows, and portfolio changes within Yardi. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to all users. Maintain system security, internal controls, segregation of duties, and periodic access reviews. Develop and maintain YSR reports, data extracts, and basic SQL reporting solutions. Support CommercialCafe tenant portal functionality including payments, maintenance requests, and document management. Develop SOPs, process documentation, and deliver end-user training and refresher sessions. Monitor Yardi enhancements, industry trends, and recommend process improvements and system efficiencies. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience. Strong knowledge of Accounting and Property Management workflows. Experience supporting modules such as Facility Manager, CommercialCafe, Procure-to-Pay, Marketplace, PayScan, Pulse, and Utility Billing. Experience with YSR reporting and basic to intermediate SQL. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with Voyager 8 migrations, SmartLease, VendorCafe, or Service Contract Manager preferred. Commercial real estate or medical office experience preferred. Key Attributes Strong technical problem solver with the ability to translate operational needs into system solutions.
