About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of our consignment operation, the person our clients count on for consistency, professionalism, and care. This is an active, people-centered role where no two days are exactly alike.

Core Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with our consigner clientele Expertly communicate consignment contracts, policies, and account details Manage consigner accounts with accuracy and professionalism Uphold our high service standards with every client interaction Maintain an organized, well-presented consignment area Who We're Looking For We want someone who shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
