Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments. Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring and logging tools. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and infrastructure-related issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access controls. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations. Develop and maintain automation workflows for system configuration, patching, deployment, and operational tasks. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories. Support cybersecurity compliance initiatives, system hardening, and audit remediation efforts. Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to support operational requirements and system improvements
Requirements:
