TD Eligibility/ Customer Service Specialist 315 S A St, Pensacola, FL 32502 From $45,000 a year - Full-time From $45,000 a year - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive TD Eligibility/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The TD Eligibility/ Customer Service Specialist performs a variety of professional and technical duties related to complying with the American disabilities Act. The TD Eligibility Specialist assists applicants with applications, helps with TD eligibility, and assists with making reservations and incoming calls. The TD Eligibility Specialist ensures all TD requirements, may conduct interviews, and verify eligibility. Responsibilities Customer relations, TD applications Ensures ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged applications are processed within a timeframe compliant with federal and state regulations. Maintain appropriate records for processed applications and filing system Ensures appointment notices are communicated to applicants Utilizes quality assurance review process of eligibility determinations to assure that determinations are rendered consistently and fairly All incoming calls, including cancellations, other than same-day issues Inputting trip data into Route Match, assisting with Dispatching when needed Ensures all TD requirements & guidelines are met Verifies TD eligibility No Show tracking and sending policy letters No fare (tickets owed) policy letters, process and submission to client Responsible for educating users on the services they are eligible for & how to use those services Requirements Working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint & Excel Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High degree of multi-tasking skills TD Coordination Certificate or years of ADA experience Knowledge of
ADA & TD
