Job Description

  • System Administrator
  • Location- Riviera Beach, FL (On-site 4 10/hr shifts)
  • _This program requires US Citizenship_
  • The System Administrator maintains the smooth, cyber compliant operation of computer systems and coordinates closely with network administrators to ensure secure, reliable performance. This role requires an active CompTIA Security+ certification and a strong ability to translate security and information protection policies into actionable technical requirements and system configurations.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • + System Operations — Maintain continuous, secure operation of cyber compliant computer systems in coordination with network administration teams.
+ Security Policy Implementation — Interpret security and information protection policies and convert them into executable technical requirements and solutions. + Cyber Troubleshooting — Diagnose and resolve system cyber settings issues that impact embedded software functionality. + System Maintenance — Perform software patching, virus scanning, vulnerability scanning, and system backups. + Account & Documentation Management — Set up administrator and service accounts and maintain accurate system documentation. + Project Management — Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Desired Skills
  • + Information Assurance Tools — Familiarity with Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker, or eSTIG.
+ Programming Knowledge — Experience with C++ development. + Scripting Languages — Ability to script in Python, PowerShell, Node.js, or similar languages. + CI/CD & Containers — Experience with GitLab pipelines, Docker, and container based microservice architectures. + Linux Certification — Certification in Linux administration

Range:
$35-$42/hr _The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions._ + Benefits (Regular, Full Time Employees): 1.
