Responsibilities span end-user support and help desk, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, warehouse and packing-line hardware (RF scanners, label printers, networked scales, embedded packing-line devices), and physical security systems (PACS, video surveillance). Network and cloud infrastructure are operated by external Managed Service Providers; this role serves as the on-site contact and ticket owner with those MSPs rather than as a deep network or cloud engineer. The IT Systems Administrator is the on-site authority for day-to-day IT issues at the FL site and the primary execution partner to the Sr. Director of IT and Digital Transformation on modernization initiatives. As the FL footprint grows, this role carries a clear path to expanded responsibility and team leadership. Key Responsibilities End-User Support and Help Desk Serve as the single point of contact for all end-user IT issues at the FL site Respond to and resolve tickets covering computer, printer, tablet, phone, copier/scanner, and software issues Provision, deploy, and recover endpoints: laptops, iPads, desk phones, scanners Reset passwords, manage account access, and troubleshoot productivity applications Train end users on platforms, applications, and security practices Maintain a clean ticket queue and visible service level for the site Support e-Commerce operations on infrastructure level Endpoint and Identity Management Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) at the tenant level: user lifecycle, groups, conditional access, MFA enforcement, mailbox and Teams configuration Lead operator onboarding and offboarding across all systems (M365, ERP, ticketing, hardware assignment) Warehouse and Operational Hardware Maintain and troubleshoot Tablets ,RF scanning guns, Zebra label printers, networked scales, and packing-line workstations (Raspberry Pi-based and similar embedded devices) Develop and maintain runbooks for first-response recovery of packing-line outages Provide same-day response during packing shift hours; after-hours response is infrequent but may be required for packing-line outages Physical Security and Access Control Operate the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and video surveillance platform; maintain credential lifecycle and audit trail Coordinate with physical security vendors on incidents, credential changes, and system maintenance Network and Cloud Vendor Coordination (Managed Externally) Network and cloud platforms are operated by external Managed Service Providers; this role does not perform deep configuration of those platforms Open, track, and drive resolution of tickets with the MSPs; act as the on-site escalation point Provide on-site eyes-and-hands support to MSPs as required (cable swaps, device reboots, console access) Maintain a working understanding of networking and cloud concepts sufficient to triage incidents and communicate effectively with vendors Asset and Vendor Management Own quarterly hardware inventory refresh and provide budget input to the Sr. Director of IT and Digital Transformation Manage vendor relationships for ISP, security cameras, access control, and warehouse/office hardware suppliers Evaluate, recommend, and pilot new hardware and software in collaboration with the Sr. Director of IT and Digital Transformation Service Operations and Documentation Own ticket triage and resolution in Support System; escalate to the Sr. Director of IT and Digital Transformation only when policy, scope, or risk requires it Maintain accurate documentation for every system, runbook, change, and incident post-mortem Drive continuous improvement of help desk and IT operations playbooks Digital Transformation Partnership Serve as the on-site execution partner for Digital Transformation initiatives — including Internal platform rollouts, and process automation — under direction of the Sr. Director of IT and Digital Transformation Provide on-site visibility, validation, and feedback during system rollouts Identify operational pain points that are candidates for automation or process redesign and bring proposals forward Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive IT experience including hands-on end-user support, endpoint management, and M365 administration Proficiency administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) at the tenant level: user lifecycle, groups, conditional access policies, and MFA enforcement Working understanding of networking and cloud concepts sufficient to triage incidents and communicate effectively with Managed Service Providers (deep configuration expertise not required) Strong written documentation discipline; track record of producing runbooks, SOPs, and post-mortems Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with non-technical warehouse staff Ability to operate independently as the sole on-site IT resource with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Support administration experience (not just usage) Hands-on experience with warehouse hardware: RF scanners, Zebra printers (ZPL), networked scales (Mettler Toledo or similar), Raspberry Pi-based devices Experience operating PACS and IP video surveillance systems Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field Pay:
