Dynamics 365 Architect & System Administrator

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Principal Dynamics 365 Architect & System Administrator to support a major enterprise ERP transformation initiative. This is a hands-on senior technical leadership role responsible for both architecting and actively administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across a complex, multi-entity business.

This role serves as the technical cornerstone of a large-scale ERP modernization program involving Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading multiple end-to-end D365 implementations and migrations and is comfortable operating at both the architecture and hands-on execution level.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and execution of a Dynamics 365 ERP transformationDesign and maintain the future-state ERP system across multiple business unitsHands-on administration of Dynamics 365 environments (Dev, Test, Prod)Manage system upgrades, deployments, security, and platform performanceBuild and support integrations using Azure, Dataverse, and Power PlatformOversee ERP governance, change management, and compliance (SOX/audit support)Partner with business and IT leaders to translate needs into technical solutionsGuide vendors and internal teams through implementation and support activitiesEnsure data integrity, system stability, and scalability across the ERP ecosystemAct as escalation point for critical ERP issues and system decisions
