Job Description
Job Requirements 2+ years of professional experience operating within a high-volume enterprise data center or NOC environment. Proficiency in Control-M for automated job scheduling and batch workload management. Experience with TPE/BPE Manager and monitoring distributed server environments running AIX and Linux. Experience with critical facility infrastructure including UPS, backup generators, and HVAC systems. Experience with network protocols and connectivity standards including TCP/IP, MPLS, and SNA. Experience with ITIL frameworks and formalized incident, change, and asset management procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendor coordination and operational reporting. Job Responsibilities Monitor BPE/TPE transactions and mainframe system performance to ensure continuous service availability. Execute and manage complex batch job streams using Control-M automation software. Oversee data center environmental systems including electrical power, UPS, and fire suppression units. Administer hardware and software maintenance workflows for distributed AIX, Linux, and Windows servers. Resolve network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN and MPLS architectures to maintain statewide access. Perform incident and change management tasks following established ITIL operational standards. Validate high-volume system output to ensure high-quality, defect-free production deliverables.
