Educational Background Required:

Associates degree in the field of Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Training Teamwork and communication Knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and security The ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and other IT professionals. Proficiency in operating systems, network management, and security protocols. Relevant experience in IT administration, including systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
