Onsite, 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Services Technician to provide onsite desktop and end-user support for our client s Atlanta Main location. This role is hands-on, supporting a corporate Windows environment with a strong focus on ticket management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2 desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow in a ticket-driven environment. Support Windows-based systems, including imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting. Assist with O365 administration and support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Point, etc.). Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed and follow through to resolution. Document all work performed and update tickets with detailed, accurate notes Collaborate with onsite and remote IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of end-user services.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in L2 desktop support in a corporate environment. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop applications. Working experience supporting O365 (user account support, application troubleshooting). Ticket-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and documentation. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. ​ #TB_EN #ZR Why TalentBurst?
