Job Description

About McIntosh Trail At McIntosh Trail Community Service Board, we offer individuals experiencing symptoms associated with mental illness, addictive disease and/or developmental disability the hope for optimal functioning and recovery by providing quality behavioral health services and supports. Responsibilities
  • Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/mobile devices.
  • Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in system administration or IT support roles. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, virtual local area networks, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience managing endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across systems, including servers, applications, and network connectivity, with minimal supervision. Baccalaureate degree in computer science technology or a closely related from a regionally accredited college or university
  • and• Three (3) years of work experience in design, configuration, and planning of local and/or wide area networks

Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
