We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator II to support a large-scale, multi-year IT services program. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN environments, while supporting modernization initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a network professional with strong Cisco expertise and hands-on troubleshooting experience to work on mission-critical systems in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN network infrastructure and telecommunications systems Install, configure, and support network hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and switching issues Support network modernization projects and infrastructure upgrades Develop and maintain network diagrams and documentation Provide technical recommendations on system improvements, upgrades, and cost-effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and reliable network operations Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices Required Skills/Education Active DoD Secret Clearance (mandatory) Minimum 3+ years of experience in network administration or network engineering roles Strong knowledge of network technologies including routing, switching, TCP/IP, and access control Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Cisco-based network environments Experience with cloud networking and modern infrastructure concepts Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems independently Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities CCNA or CCNP certification (required) IAT Level II certification (required) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments Familiarity with network security tools and compliance frameworks Experience with network monitoring and performance tools

Work Environment & Additional Details Schedule:

Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Travel:

Minimal (less than 10%)
