Troubleshooting & issue resolution — Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity problems across assigned systems. Active Directory & identity management — Administers Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services. Virtualization support — Participates in design, implementation, and improvement of virtualization environments for Nutanix and Purestorage Cloud systems support —Manage all IT support for Facility EMR Security compliance — Ensures systems comply with security policies, applies patches, and supports cyber‑defensive technologies.
