Job Description
Operating system maintenance
- Performs system backups, recovery operations, file maintenance, and ensures overall system uptime and performance. Software installation & upgrades
- Acquires, installs, schedules, and tests system software upgrades and patches. Troubleshooting & issue resolution
- Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity problems across assigned systems. Active Directory & identity management
- Administers Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services. Virtualization support
- Participates in design, implementation, and improvement of virtualization environments for Nutanix and Purestorage Cloud systems support
- Manage all IT support for Facility EMR Security compliance
- Ensures systems comply with security policies, applies patches, and supports cyber‑defensive technologies.
