ERP / IT
Coordinator will serve as the primary administrator and support resource for the company's ERP system and related technologies. This role bridges IT, finance, and operations to ensure smooth system functionality, data integrity, and user adoption. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-process minded, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, train users, and coordinate system improvements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as first-line support for ERP (MS Business Central) and related software. Maintain ERP system configurations, user access, and security permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Develop and deliver ERP user training and documentation. Support business process improvements through ERP system enhancements. Assist with data management, reporting, and system integrations. Provide general IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align ERP processes with business needs. Travel to other locations to provide support as needed. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems (implementation, support, or administration). Strong understanding of ERP processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
