- Support and optimize server, cloud, and network environments across multiple business units
- Configure and maintain: ○ Windows Server, M365, virtualization platforms
- Troubleshoot connectivity and security across: ○ Firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs
- Execute upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
- Handle escalations and deliver advanced (Tier 2/3) support
- Drive best practices in backup, recovery, and security posture
- Coordinate priorities across projects, tickets, and stakeholders
- Provide technical recommendations directly to business partners
- Maintain clean, accurate system documentation What You Bring
- 4+ years in systems, infrastructure, or advanced IT support
- Experience across: ○ Windows environments, Active Directory, M365 ○ Core networking (DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls) ○ Cloud platforms and virtualization
- Ability to juggle multiple environments and deadlines effectively
- Strong grasp of security fundamentals and risk mitigation
