Full Job Description Summary:
This contract role is responsible for supporting SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments, with a focus on troubleshooting complex issues and designing sites and workflow solutions to meet business requests. The role will work within established governance frameworks to deliver reliable, secure solutions and support business needs.
Essential Functions:
1. Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions aligning business needs and governance standards. 2. Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements 3. Configure, customize and develop SharePoint site components, libraries, lists and metadata structures. 4. Advanced troubleshooting of permissions, inheritance, access issues, and content problems. Ability to diagnose workflow failures and connector errors. 5. Advanced troubleshooting capability with Power Automate flows and Power Apps 6. Hands-on experience managing and deploying updates across Power Platform environments 7. Advanced knowledge with creating and applying governance controls, security roles and DLP policies within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. 8. Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex platform issues 9. Monitor and report on performance, usage, and health of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. 1.
