Position Purpose:
Provide support for network hardware, including but not limited to routers, firewalls, switches, wireless, and telecom. Provide support for enterprise network and server appliances including hardware and software in a datacenter environment. This includes but is not limited to performing maintenance and configuration, firmware upgrades, maintaining network and server hardware, addressing questions about technical problems with colleagues and vendors communicating directly with customers, and improving efficiency by evaluating system functions. Experience in Cisco network, wireless, and VOIP preferred. Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ISE, and Arista networking preferred but not required. Other responsibilities include applying security patches and updates to enterprise server and network equipment, following the ICP change control process, and completing documentation of all processes. Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 8 years relevant experience.
