Linux Engineer

Posted 1 day ago Top Secret Unspecified IT - Software Pocatello, ID (On-Site/Office) The Principal Systems Engineer II (Unix/Linux) will be responsible for design, deployment, testing, certification, patching, addressing interoperability issues, not only of the base operating system, but for all support libraries, components, and application dependencies. This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance. Work to be performed onsite in Pocatello, ID.

Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance This position shall be filled with individuals that have a minimum of six years of experience or Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) and seven years of experience required if no certification. If no certification, you have six months from first day of employment to obtain one. Systems Engineer skill set with focus on Unix based systems such as Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
