in Glendale Heights, Illinois, United States Job Description Manage virtual servers, cloud-based infrastructure, and containerized applications to support the company's AI-driven operations. Deploy and maintain AI-integrated monitoring tools to track system performance, predict failures, and automate routine maintenance tasks. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-based automation tools, and recommend strategic implementations to enhance business operations. Assess the company's network and system requirements, and install appropriate operating systems, application software, and hardware. Maintain the security and integrity of network and computer systems. Create and manage user accounts, including assigning appropriate security permissions. Provide training and support to users on the company's network and system protocols. Diagnose and resolve technical issues including system optimization. Collaborate with the company's software development and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of AI modules and machine learning tools with core business systems. Min.
