Join Our Team as an Electronic Payment Systems Specialist! Are you ready to play a crucial role in the world of electronic payments? As an Electronic Payment Systems Specialist , you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the smooth processing of various electronic transactions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of problem-solving.Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Manage unauthorized ACH transactions, stop payments, death notifications, and reclamations while adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. Utilize your keen analytical skills to make timely decisions while reviewing and processing electronic payment and deposit posting errors. Efficiently use multiple systems to support wire transfers, ACH files, and check items. Oversee and process wire transfer requests, ensuring secondary verification and end-of-day validation and balancing. Research and address check adjustments and errors promptly, following applicable laws and guidelines. Set up and maintain originating loan payments from external financial institutions, including handling returned payments.This opportunity is ideal if:
