Job Description:
We are actively seeking a candidate who is well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments, while also operating effectively across desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and network-related challenges. You will be expected to move fluidly across technical domains. This means owning problems end-to-end rather than handing them off—while balancing user experience, security requirements, and operational efficiency. This role is in support of a secure and enterprise scale environment with federally regulated compliance requirements. We are specifically looking for someone who can: Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering) Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience in the field Ability to obtain public trust clearance Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of
IP:
Port or URL based filters Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment
  • ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc) Located near Indianapolis, IN and willingness to be on-site in support of the mission Employment Prerequisites The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.
