Job DescriptionThe Network Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day health of network hardware, software platforms, and identity systems. This role manages the logical configurations—such as IP addressing (IPAM), user accounts (Active Directory/SaaS), and virtualized environments—that allow services to flow securely to both the customer base and the internal enterprise.

QualificationsAssociates degree in information technology or related field is requiredBachelor's Degree in information technology or related field is preferredA minimum of 3 to 5 years information technology experience is requiredProficiency in Network Infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper, LAN/WAN, GPON), Server Administration (Windows/Linux, Virtualization), and Security (Firewalls, DDoS mitigation).Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage tasks and time effectivelyExcellent communicator who collaborates effectively in fluent English, both in person and in writing.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Salary range for this position is $68,000 - $73,000 based on qualifications and experience.
