Customer Service Specialist

Work with potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information, products, and programs 1. Receive and process customer orders 2. Process customer chargebacks as required 3. Matching paperwork and filing 4. Monitor and identify account receivables problems and help to reconcile 5. Solicit customer feedback and provide pertinent information back to enable Scott Pet to make solid business decisions 6. Ensure overall customer satisfaction 7.

Ensure the following are considered:

order quantities, purchasing behavior as required, review pricing as required 8. Aid in managing accounts with Field Sales Team 9. Prepare sales reports for account managed 10. Receive and answer customer/brokers requests or questions 11. Manage customers complaint process from initiation through resolution 12. Assist with EDI orders Qualifications 1. Customer Service 2. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) 3. Experience in working with outside sales network 4. Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline sensitive environment 5. The ability to work independently and as a team. 6. Strong work ethic necessary for success in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment 7. Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking 8. Adequate Microsoft excel skills
