What you do Provides technical support to internal customers on hardware, network, and software issues via phone, e-mail, or in person (tier-II help desk) Installs, sets up, upgrades, builds, maintains, secures, monitors, and troubleshoots: Windows Servers, including Terminal Services, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Backup utilities, VMware, and other special application servers Assists in maintaining security and data protection: Protects Pilatus' intellectual assets by keeping information secure and confidential Network protection on servers and workstations: Installs and updates required protective software, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, and disk encryption Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications Evaluates and recommends new products to improve security, reliability, and performance of the environment Documents system architecture, policies, procedures, configurations, and guides Works with 3rd party managed service providers to accomplish critical tasks What you bring 3 - 5 years of experience in on-premises IT administration and support Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, including Windows clients, Windows Servers, and Office suites LAN knowledge and maintenance (Cisco and/or Aruba Network Hardware experience a plus) Experience with SharePoint workflows and forms preferred Microsoft Azure/M365 experience preferred Ability to conform to new procedures, policies, and technology What we offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9, 600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2, 250 for single coverage and $3, 000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year Become part of the Pilatus family We want to address everyone with our job ad's and are committed to diversity in our company - we are looking forward to receiving your online application For impressions: Check Instagram «pilatusaircraft»
