Why This Role Stands Out Clear path for advancement into senior infrastructure or engineering roles Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and global IT initiatives Opportunity to build both technical depth and business impact What You'll Do Serve as a key escalated support resource for onsite and remote users Manage and support core infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, routers) Administer Windows environments, users, and access Support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions Partner on network upgrades, implementations, and modernization initiatives Train users and enhance adoption of collaboration tools What You Bring 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google) is a plus PowerShell or automation experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving abilities The Opportunity This is more than a support role—it's a launchpad.
