System Administrator Contractor place Burlington, Massachusetts calendar_today 09 Apr 2026 Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise administration, a key requirement for maintaining secure and scalable software delivery.

Rate Range:

$49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. System Administrator job responsibilities include: Administer and govern GitHub Enterprise environments, including user access, repository structures, teams, and organization‑level configurations. Enforce security and compliance standards through

RBAC, SSO

integrations, Branch protections, audit logging, and governance best practices. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to automate workflows, streamline approvals, and enhance DevSecOps maturity. Support and standardize CI/CD practices across teams by designing scalable, secure, and reusable GitHub Actions pipelines. Monitor platform usage, troubleshoot access or configuration issues, and optimize the GitHub Enterprise environment for reliability and performance. Implement automation and integration solutions to improve developer productivity and support cloud‑ready software delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in Azure administration and DevOps/DevSecOps environments. Strong hands‑on experience managing GitHub Enterprise, including RBAC, SSO, governance controls, and security compliance. Pay Details:
