Primary Responsibilities:

• Document the network topology of the OSD's print shop.
• Document the setup of inserters and sorters, including ports and IP ranges.
• Provide technical support for OSD's print shop, servers and network infrastructure.
• Document the current DF Works network setup, including ports and protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, networking and systems.
• Document the software installed on desktops, along with the required ports and protocols.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT experience in a support or systems/network administration role.
• 3+ years' experience working in a data center environment or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012 - 2022).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts: firewalls and routing protocols.
• Understanding of system hardening and security compliance.
